Handmade in small batches, every now and then, a batch doesn't meet our very high standards. Working with cacao is a very delicate process. Due to factors such as temperature and humidity, the sensitive crystals in cacao can sometimes misbehave. This can result in less shiny or slightly speckled SoulPops, but rest assured - our Fugly Pops still have all the flavour, goodness and benefits as our pretty SoulPops.
