What do SoulPops taste like?

Can I enjoy SoulPops while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Cacao is generally safe in moderate amounts during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but it's always best to consult a healthcare provider to ensure it aligns with your health needs, as caffeine and theobromine levels can be a concern for some women.

Do SoulPops contain caffeine?

Each SoulPop contains about 12-20 milligrams of caffeine per serving. This is much less than the 95 milligrams typically found in a cup of coffee.

Additionally, cacao is rich in theobromine, a natural stimulant that provides a gentle, sustained energy boost. Theobromine enhances mood and alertness without the jittery effects commonly associated with caffeine.

Are SoulPops made from Ceremonial grade cacao?

Yes! SoulPops cacao is sustainably harvested in Amazonian Peru and is Certified Organic whole bean ceremonial grade Criollo Cacao.

Are SoulPops gluten-free?

SoulPops are free from gluten, dairy, egg, nuts and artificial colours and flavours.

Are SoulPops vegan-friendly?

SoulPops with Canadian Maple Syrup are vegan friendly.

How often can I have a SoulPop?

Like everything, we all have different tastes and needs. Allow your body to guide you as to how many SoulPops you have in one day.

If you are new to cacao, we recommend having your first SoulPop in the morning. You can also enjoy an afternoon SouPop to assist with mental clarity and focus – the perfect afternoon pick-me-up!

With just under 20g of cacao in each SoulPop, you can enjoy multiple SoulPops in one day.

Can I eat my SoulPops off the stick?
